Do NOT make them wait...

There have been a lot of studies conducted to find out how retailers should handle their customers...One glowing fact is that on average people get antsy after waiting in a checkout line for more than 30 seconds if they are not waited on... At 45 seconds they think about leaving... At over a minute they could make the decision to never return to the store again...

Never make your customers wait in line... If they are waiting, get help right away... If you want to see one of the best companies ever for taking care of this problem, visit a Barnes & Noble book store... They have it figured it out...
